Student Org Participant Decorate Downtown 2023

Thank you for your interest in supporting UTA Homecoming by participating in Decorate Downtown! We are excited to work with you. If you are a business participant, please sign up using the other link.

Decorations may include balloons, streamers, etc. (what your business allows is completely up to them). We will post a picture of the decorated business on the UTA Ambassador Mav Orgs page. The picture receiving the most likes will win the "Most Spirited Business" people's choice award. The UTA Ambassadors will also select a judge's choice winner.

The UTA Ambassadors will provide a decoration starter kit, but you are welcome to add additional decorations to increase your chance of winning. We will also provide your assigned business's contact information so you can work together to decorate and showcase your Maverick pride.

Event timeline:

• November 3-5: Student organization comes to decorate (time determined by you and your partnered business)
• November 6: Photos taken of each business and judges stop by to view decorations
• November 10: Voting concludes on MavOrgs (4PM)
• November 12: Winners announced at Homecoming basketball game

This form will provide us more information about your student organization so we can pair you up with our participating businesses.
